Jason is a student centered educational leader who taught technology and engineering education from grades 6-12 for 9 years before becoming an administrator. He is passionate about integrative STEM learning and how it helps prepare students for college and careers. Jason is a firm believer in the impact technology has on instruction and meeting the educational needs of today’s students who are digital natives. Jason has FLGI level 1 certification as a teacher and trainer and is a delegate for the Flipped Learning 3.0 Global Standards Project. In 2017 Jason was recognized as the Administrator of the Year by the Illinois Association for Career and Technical Education in 2017 and the Technology Education Association of Illinois in 2016.
