Jason Underwood is a Senior Instructional Designer and Assistant Director of NIU eLearning and the NIU Digital Convergence Lab. Jason received his doctorate in Instructional Technology from Northern Illinois University. Jason teaches courses in Educational Technology including instructional design, media design and development, technology integration and evaluation, and educational research methods. His research interests are in learning media design, application of games and simulations for learning, instructional design, and effective technology integration.
