Lindsay Stephenson currently is an instructional facilitator in Leavenworth School District. She is a former high school English teacher from Olathe, Kansas and has been an educator for 12 years. She has experience teaching reading and sophomore English using a blended learning method, flipped mastery, and peer instruction and has worked extensively with at-risk students, special education students and differentiated instruction. She enjoys seeing educators reignite their passion by providing professional learning opportunities for teachers through sharing best practices for the classroom and helping others see how instructional technology opportunities can help teaching be more efficient and more effective. Lindsay is a certified flipped learning instructor, Google Certified Educator level 1 and 2, Google for Education Certified Trainer and a PBS Learning Media Innovator. Lindsay has contributed to two books on flipped learning: Flipped Learning for English Instruction by Jon Bergmann and Aaron Sams in 2015 and Flipping with Kirch: The Ups and Downs from Inside my Flipped Classroom by Crystal Kirch in 2016.
