Matthew is a mathematics teacher with eighteen years of experience at the high school level and has also served as an adjunct instructor at the local community college since 2004. He currently teaches math at Mt. Zion high school and Richland Community College. Matthew has been flipping his classroom for the past four years, from the most basic math classes to the most advanced at the high school and college level. He has served as a representative for his students and colleagues in many capacities and is convinced that true change must be shared change. He is an experienced conference presenter on flipped and tech topics. Matthew is also recognized by the Flipped Learning Global Initiative as "one of the top one hundred educators leading flipped learning worldwide" and was featured on the Inaugural Episode of the Flipped Educators Spotlight Series on the Flipped Learning Network.
